Print your complete mailing address, including apartment number, if applicable.
Enclose check or money order payable to CTTRANSIT, or use Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. Do not send cash.
Do not send your Medicare or reduced fare ID card when purchasing a Senior/Disabled 10-Ride Ticket or 31-Day Pass.

Notes:

Passes valid for unlimited rides beginning with date of first use during specified time period.
31-Day Passes valid for unlimited rides beginning with date of first use during specified time period. Express Route #1-15 31-Day Passes are only accepted on Express Route #17-27 buses after they have been stamped with an expiration date by a CTTRANSIT farebox.
10-Ride tickets for Express Routes #1-15 cannot be used on Express Route #17-27 buses.
Monthly Express Passes (Routes #17-27) valid for unlimited rides within the fare zone only during the month and year printed on the pass. **In ordering, month must be noted. Monthly passes may only be ordered for the upcoming month, and will be shipped between the 10th day of the month preceding through the end of that month, depending on when the order is received—see below regarding delivery.
Proof of age may be requested by bus operator from individuals using Youth Fare Ticket.
When using the Senior/Disabled 10-Ride Ticket or 31-Day Pass, please present your Medicare card or state-issued reduced fare photo ID card to the bus operator.
ADA Paratransit tickets valid only for certified ADA passengers or companions. Reservation required prior to travel.
Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of order for delivery by first-class mail of tickets or passes ordered by mail. CTTRANSIT is not responsible for late delivery or for cash sent through the mail.
