Our Customer Service and Sales Outlets are Reopening!

In accordance with the guidelines from the State of Connecticut, face coverings are required (with some exceptions) on our buses and at bus stops. For your convenience, if you do not have a face covering, our Sales Outlets will be distributing masks for CTtransit customers. 

Please note the following important information when visiting the Customer Service and Sales Outlet.

General Policies

  1. We are able to provide 1 mask per customer
  2. At this time, CTtransit is not selling of passes/tickets
  3. We are unable to distribute schedules or other printed, paper-based materials
  4. The CTtransit Customer Service Representative will be available to answer questions about our bus services
  5. Please maintain a distance of 6 feet from other customers if you need to wait for service at the Sales Outlet window

Hartford Sale Outlet

Our Customer Service Phone Center (860-525-9181) is available for your questions and feedback.

Monday to Friday 7:00am to Noon, and then 1:00pm to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to Noon, and then 1:00pm to 3:00pm

New Haven Sales Outlet

Our Customer Service Phone Center (203-624-0151) is available for your questions and feedback.

Monday to Friday 8:00am to Noon, and then 1:00pm to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm

Stamford Sales Outlet

  1. We ask that only ONE customer enter the Sales Outlet at a time 
  2. When entering, use hand sanitizer provided. Please maintain a distance of 6 feet from other customers if you need to wait for service.
  3. We are able to provide 1 mask per customer
  4. At this time, CTtransit is not selling of passes/tickets
  5. We are unable to distribute schedules or other printed, paper-based materials
  6. The CTtransit Customer Service Representative will be available to answer questions about our bus services
  7. No Amtrak, MetroNorth or Peter Pan information is available
