New Haven

I-Bus Express

Mon Apr 06, 2020

Due to increased efforts to protect our customers and employees from the COVID-19, effective Wednesday April 8, 2020 and until further notice, CTtransit has temporarily changed the Lost and Found policy and procedures.

Our goal is to reunite you with your property as quickly as we can. Therefore, if you have lost a high priority item (see list below) on a CTtransit bus, you must first call Lost & Found and speak with a Customer Service Representative for your area. If CTtransit is in possession of your lost item, and can verify ownership, then you may schedule a time to retrieve your item(s).

High priority items include:

  • Purses/wallets
  • Cellphones/laptops
  • Prescription medication
  • Prescription eye glasses
  • Canes/walkers
  • Keys
  • Identification and bank cards

The security guard will direct you to the pick up location.
