CTtransit is currently experiencing a computer and communications disruption following a detected cybersecurity incident. The affected systems were immediately quarantined and taken offline and a full investigation is currently underway to determine scope and impact of the situation.

9/17 Update: Customer service center phones in Hartford, New Haven, and Stamford are now working normally. 

CTtransit apologizes for any inconvenience and thanks our customers for their ongoing patience.

We continue to work around the clock to restore computer and communication systems. We will continue to provide updates and information as it becomes available.
