Operations Updates

System-wide

Fri Oct 02, 2020

Regularly scheduled services are operating, with some modifications. See Alerts and News for adjustments.

Passengers should wear a mask or cloth face covering on all CTtransit buses and at bus stops.

Reminder: Effective October 5, 2020 Front Door Boarding and Fare Collection Resumed

  • Check your Go CT card balance and make sure you have sufficient funds in the account. If you do not have a Go CT card, visit www.cttransit.com and learn how the Go CT card provides the same discounts as a pass, but the funds do not expire.
  • 10-ride tickets with rides remaining are still valid for use.
  • NOTE: We are unable to refund unused balances on Passes (3, 5, 7, 31-Day) that were initialized prior to the suspension of fare enforcement.
  • Buy your Go CT Card, tickets or passes at the Sales Outlet, or online.

Customers should practice social distancing while waiting at bus stops and while riding the bus (Centers for Disease Control (CDC) recommends a distance of approximately six feet from others, when possible).

CUSTOMERS WHO FEEL SICK SHOULD NOT USE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.

Attention Travelers: Travel Advisory for Connecticut During the COVID-19 Pandemic. Connecticut requires face coverings and social distancing.
