Longterm Detour in Effect for CTfastrak on Monday, May 11, 2026

TAKE NOTE: Valued Customers, due to construction along the CTfastrak guideway, there will be a detour in effect at East Street Station and East Main Street Station.

Duration: This 24/7 detour will begin at 4:00 a.m. on Monday, May 11, 2026 and remain for approximately 7-8 weeks. Please be sure to check back for the latest updates.

East Street Station

• Routes 101 and 102 traveling toward New Britain will stop at Bus Stop C.
• All other routes will stop at their regular locations as scheduled.

East Main Street Station

• Routes 101 and 102 traveling toward Hartford will stop outside the station on East Main Street (opposite Wilson Street).
• Routes 101 and 102 traveling toward New Britain will stop outside the station on East Main Street (opposite Harvard Street).

Downtown New Britain Station

• All routes will stop at their regular locations as scheduled.

Delays

• Customers should anticipate possible detour-related delays on routes 101, 102, 128, 144, 923, and 928.

Updates

• As of Friday, May 8, 2026, the Sigourney Street Station detour will be cleared and regular service will resume for routes 101, 125, and 128.
