Detour in Effect for New Britain Memorial Day Parade on Saturday, May 30, 2026

Take Note: Valued Customers, due to the New Britain Memorial Day Parade in downtown New Britain on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., there will be a detour in effect.

During this time, bus routes will not service any stops along the following streets:

• Burritt St.

• Broad St.

• Chestnut St.

• Columbus Blvd.

• East Main St.

• Farmington Ave.

• Main St.

• Myrtle St.

• Washington St.

• West Main St.

• and adjoining streets in downtown New Britain.

Alternate Stop: Please board at CTfastrak Downtown New Britain Station.

Bus Stop Changes

East Street Station

• Routes 101 & 102 traveling toward New Britain will stop at Bus Stop C. 
• All other buses will stop at their regular locations as scheduled. 

East Main Street Station

• Routes 101 & 102 traveling toward Hartford will stop on East Main St. (facing east, opp. Wilson St.). 
• Routes 101 & 102 traveling toward New Britain will stop on East Main St. (facing west, opp. Harvard St.).
