Lost & Found

Before you exit the bus, please look and collect your belongings. If by chance you do leave an item, our goal is to reunite you with your property as soon as possible by taking the steps below.

Steps to Retrieving Your Personal Property

  • Call CTtransit Customer Service to confirm items has been retrieved
  • Schedule an appointment to collect your item(s) (Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm)
  • Bring a valid photo ID
  • When you arrive at the facility gate, please provide your name to the security guard, a valid photo ID, and time of scheduled appointment
  • The security guard will direct you to the pick-up location

CTtransit is not responsible for items left on the bus.  However, lost items recovered are retained for 15 days.
