Hartford Customer Service Center Closed on June 5-8, 2026

TAKE NOTE: Valued Customers, the CTtransit Customer Service Office located at Union Station in Hartford will be temporarily closed beginning Friday, June 5, 2026 through Monday, June 8, 2026 to accommodate facility repairs and improvements. Lost and Found will be closed.

Customer Service Call Center operations will remain open and available during normal business hours. Customers may continue to contact CTtransit Customer Service by phone for assistance.

The office will reopen and resume normal business hours on Tuesday, June 9, 2026.

We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and appreciate your patience as we complete these necessary improvements.
