Take Note: Upcoming Service Adjustments for Routes 450 & 927 (Torrington)

Take Note: Valued Customers, effective Monday, February 2, 2026, the terminus for Routes 450 Waterbury/Torrington and 927 Torrington Express will relocate to Mason Street & John Street in Torrington.

Connections will be available with all NWCTD local buses on John Street.

Until this change takes effect:

• Route 450 will continue to terminate at the Municipal Parking Lot on Franklin Street

• Route 927 will continue to terminate on South Main Street at Torrington Plaza

These stops will be discontinued effective 2/2/26.
