TAKE NOTE: As a winter storm impacts Connecticut, customers are encouraged to stay up to date on the latest CTtransit service information.

 

Snow and icy conditions may affect bus service, resulting in delays, detours, or service suspensions as conditions change. Updates will be provided as they become available.

 

As of 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2026, our CTtransit Customer Service Sales Outlets will be open for regular service on Monday, January 26. Customers should check for updates regarding the operating status of our Sales Outlets, in case of closures due to weather conditions.
