TAKE NOTE: Dear Valued Customers, service on all CTtransit and CTfastrak bus routes will resume on Monday, January 26, at 10:00 a.m.
We understand how disruptive these past few days have been, and we want to be transparent about what you can expect as service resumes.
- Please note that it will take up to 90 minutes for full service to resume on all routes. Routes 345, 355, and PPB will not operate on Monday.
- Express Service will resume after 10:00 a.m. on routes 903, 904, 905, 912, 913, 914, 918, 928, 940, 950 & 971. Service will resume after 3:00 p.m. on routes 901, 906, 910, 919, 921, 923, 926 & 927.
- Standard snow routes will remain in effect until conditions improve. Please see the table below for full detour information.
What matters most is safety. Buses may run late as we work to get service back on the road. We are taking a cautious approach to protect our operators, the teams clearing snow, and our customers. Road and weather conditions vary across our divisions, and our teams will adjust in real time based on what they encounter.
To better support you, our Customer Service Call Center will open at 6:00 a.m. As a reminder, the Customer Service Sales Outlets remain closed.
