Each route has a schedule or timetable that lists the departure/arrival times of the bus along that route.
282 East Grand Avenue
Effective 8/7/2022, Route 282 (formerly the Grand Avenue Bus Bridge) will become a permanent route. Buses will operate from Walmart on Route 80 via Quinnipiac Ave. to East Grand Ave., Russell St., Clifton St., Eastern St., and Bella Vista then back to Walmart via Eastern St. and Foxon Rd. Connections will be available with Routes 212 & 223 at Walmart and with Routes 213 & 215 on Foxon Blvd. for customers traveling to downtown New Haven and surrounding communities. As a result of this change, buses on the 212 – Grand Avenue route will be permanently rerouted via Clinton Ave.
Beginning on Sunday, November 13, 2022, during a long term construction development project, the bus stop located at Chapel Street and Orange Street eastbound in downtown New Haven for Routes 204, 206, 212, 223, & 274 will be closed. This project is anticipated to be underway until Summer 2024. Please board these routes at the following locations until the construction project is completed: 212–Grand Avenue at Elm Street & Church Street nearside.
